Mark - what is this RSI think you're talking about? I'm thinking if i pulled a tendon or a muscle or something in my thumb/wrist during yoga that using my thumb and the heel of my hand to mold clay isn't helping that muscle or whatever heal.

RSI is repetitive stress injury. Supposedly comes from doing the same motion over and over again with the same muscles, tendons, etc. Like clicking the mouse button or scrolling with the mouse wheel. If your problem happened during yoga, then I'm not sure RSI would be what you're dealing with. Mine comes from sitting on the computer waaaaaayyyy too much.
