Actually, you aren't correct. First off my claim is not against the insurance company anymore, its against the person who hit me. Secondly, there were no terms and nothing signed to the extent that closes or settles the matter. What I do have from the check they sent me, however, is an acknowledgement that my car in fact, has lost value. This is all according to my attorney, who gives actual legal advice. I didn't ask for legal advice, I'm simply looking for an expert in the fields mentioned in the OP. I'd appreciate it if we can keep it on subject here....my hearing will be in the next couple weeks and I hope to secure an expert witness ASAP.

As mentioned you will be compensated for your TIME. I don't want my expert witness to lie, butter things up, etc. The facts of the case are cut and dry and even though these observations are obvious, I need an expert.
