that's fine. mite be better since i'm actually looking to rent an shop/warehouse or place by myself. Kinda don't feel safe the amount of tools i would be storing their (like your friend talon that doesn't know them) I have found some good places but their like an 1hr+ from boyertown.
Eventually i would like to open an small/side business. I'v been going to the local nite tech school that's been offering and have taken basic auto body (body work and HVLP Spray paint) and currently taking welding classes.
I'm pretty good around cars since i started driving. currently the only time any of my cars go to the mechanics is for inspection and emission only.
Also am looking for a place to rip apart my 94 f250 as an project. Needs alot of space just for my liking. been gathering info on an engine transplant....Will be powered by a Cummins
