Its really not that tough, minus wanting really bad food (like 3am when im done work)
breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs (160 calories)
lunch: Met-rx meal replacement bar (400-420 calories)
Dinner: Light salad with a boiled chicken breast and fat free dressing (chicken about 150+ calories, dressing 20 calories per 2 tbsp)
