ok... so my buddy and his wife got into an argument (a pretty bad one) and his wife freaked out and started beating herself. i know, sure right, but i know my buddy and he would never touch a girl in anger. well he calls the cops cause she was threatin to kill herself, and they arrest him cause she looked all beat up. now, he and his wife both tell the cop that he didnt hit her but they took him in anyway and his mother had to pay 15k bail to get him out. is he able to fight that charge, and would you have any advice to give him? thanks, doug
