^^ Yep. I have a set amount of money I keep in the bank, and I will not spend a certain amount if it will allow the total amount in the account to go below that set value. Meaning, for example, I want to have at least $50 in the account. I have $90 and I purchase an item for $60. This means that I will have $30 left in the account, aka unacceptable.
