not really much of a diet change. Just incorporating more squats, pushups and ab-work into my routines. I really only eat bananas, tuna, Kashi cereal, turkey breast, whole wheat bread, and that's about it for food. Oh and I'm on week 3 of Pink Magic. Maybe that's helping me along a bit. Sometimes I'll go destroy a pound of Reese's Pieces when I get the urge for candy, but it doesn't seem to affect my body lol
