Speaking of penndot, have any of you guys ever tried to do anythat requires an MV-426? Salvage car, theft recovery, building a car from scratch or a trailer. I'm using it the second time now for my trailer and frankly, penndot can suck my taint. If you ever watch futurama, their view of bueracrats is exactly what I imagine penndot is like. Their "special services" division which handles that MV-426 unit consists of a phone number with a voicemail box attached to it with a promise that they will "attempt" to call back within 48 hours! Riiight. Your tax dollars at work.
