I changed the oil Last Saturday, and I always fill it just a tad high (Usually right below the H mark on the dipstick) incase it burns a touch of oil. I've only driven about 300 miles since then, so I know it shouldn't be too low.
Regardless, I'm not doing anything with this motor, and it looks like the car's going up for sale in the next week or two.
