Really doesn't look that good.

Use a 2.5 inch rotary with a felt pad and plastic polish. That will make it clear. Still it's never gonna look like a brand new lens.

I went to a detail clinic at poorboys world and this was one of the things people demonstrated.

I should have taken pictures but my girls car has a new headlight from a car crash and an old headlight that was yellow. I polished the yellow hazy one and got it clear but it still never looked at good as the new one. Problem is the headlights get hit with debris that causes cracks to form on the inside of the lens that you cannot get to.
