I struggled with being overweight my whole life, now I'm 27 and I weigh less than I did in high school. I had no nutritional value growing up, my parents rarely cooked meals at home, and it stuck with me through college and when I traveled so much for work. When I realized last October how bad my vitals had gotten (my blood pressure was up to 151/89) I decided it was time to make a change. I was never on a diet, I just made a lifestyle change to be a healthier person.

That is awesome.
I hope I never lose Willy -- I honestly don't know if I'd have the drive and determination to succeed at altering my lifestyle like that.
