I can help you out as well. But best way to put on mass is to EAT EAT EAT. You have to feed the muscles. Lots of protien and good carbs. Also lift heavy and lift more than 2 days a week. Your core must be solid to build the muscle on top of. Shoot me a PM if you want i can help you out.
