Anyone on here know a way to actually build a workout routine? I do not need to lose any weight, I simply want to put on some muscle mass. When I workout, I usually run on M-W-F followed by some reps on the leg-press, and lift on T-R.
I do not know what machines tone what, I just use whatever's open. LOL
How do I build a routine for building muscle? I am 5'11" 172lbs, so I will obviously need to put on some weight, but what should I eat? How much? Any suppliments that help?
