So... got a call from the HHR dealer. They gave me the tracking number. Package should be on my door when I get home tonight according to FEDEX website.

It says the package was shipped on Friday... not over a week ago like we were told. Bunch of dicks. I'll be sending them a certified letter with the cost of the 3 days we have the rental for, a bill of my/her lost hours of work to pick and drop off the car, and a complaint to the BBB and posting on every forum I can sign up for not to buy from them along with posting all their emails they sent us lying and the tracking number proving they were lying. I don't take nicely to being treating like crap when we drop a check for $18k that cleared with no issue, paying extra for them to deliver the car, and playing extra $ to have the paperwork expidated.

Hell, I'm ready to send CNN an email, they love picking fights for publicity. Thats how much I hate that place. I can't belive they have 15 dealerships in Ohio with crap like this going on.
