He was driving irresponsibly, but in a responsible way for doing it irresponsibly.

I was talking about the people who are like, there's no reason to go that fast ever!!! 2012 WILL COME SOONER IF YOU DOOOOO!!!@3EGRSGFADOIH

Those people, have not driven or owned vehicles capable of that, simply why they say there is no reason to do that. However, if you've never had that room to work with, how can you give a legitimate opinion on how not to do so. It's simple. You leave a kid alone in a room with a cookie jar, mom (law) says not to touch it. She walks out, no one around....hmmmm, I'll grab a cookie, **** what she thinks! YEAH! You take as many as you can until she comes back in, but what if shes taking longer, there's more cookies, why not take more right? Same thing goes with your speedometer, if it still has a few ticks and the road is clear, why not see what it can do right? You're invincible, **** it.

Take that same scenario, same cookie jar, but put a lock on it, mom has the key. Or maybe she took just enough cookies out already so you can only have x amount. Think of this as a "slow" car that starts struggling at 80mph, not gonna try much harder after that are ya? So you dont take as many cookies or you just cant, so in essence, make that the car you're driving. You can only make it to 80mph, which is too fast for any legal road, but you get there anyway cause you can right? Same thing with a car that tops out at 160+, if you can do it, why not? It's the same with any scenario. It's those with self control or a mature idea of the end result that live, and it's those that eat all the cookies until they realized mom is walkin back and have the crumbs around their mouth. It's just a matter of gettin caught by the law, or sent 6 feet under.
