I found out today how bad the 28-85 lens is... super dirty. Which explains the soft look of the pics I took with that lens (sharper ones were with the 50mm).
And I took a ton of similar shots because I figured better to have too many than too little in terms of them coming out right.
Got the right step down ring today and cleaned up the 28-85 lens so I will probably be back out again to take some more (better) pics.
