Thanks, I'm well aware of the story. My point was, as a punishment for open carrying, they took away her license to carry concealed, which means the only thing she could do after that was open carry.
"Heyyy, you can't do that! But I'm gonna take away your license to carry concealed, so now you
have to open carry. I know this is a punishment for doing that in the first place, but oh well!"
