I was just thinking about it this morning. I saw my friend Tuesday and totally forgot to ask her. I'll find out for you, I promise!
Oh and the woman with the service dogs has her own breeding program. I
think that she does sell them if they are not showing signs of being a well-rounded service dog, but I'm not sure the stipulations involved and I kind of burned my bridge with her.
