civilian: 80,000,000 with 2% error = 1,600,000
cops: 800,000 with 11% error = 88,000
1,522,000 more innocent people would be shot by civilians then by cops that could of been avoided.
I'm tired so my math might be off. I really don't care, I'm just argueing for the sake of argueing. Plus it is cool to learn new things.
