pretty crazy stuff, I've cut down due to the cost but haven't noticed any difference in eating or sleep. when i first started i did notice i would binge eat (you know the munchies) but that went away after a while. I used to and occasionally smoke all day, from a wake and bake to right before bed but i still wake up just as rested as if i hadn't and usually at the same normal time as always. But i have also smoked for a long time.
either way it's good of you and your friend to take a break and clear your head.
