The shops with CNC's are looking for my dimension to be in CAD so they can upload the cad file. So if you can CAD me a file I will really appreciate it.

These are the dimensions for the spacer I want made

Thickness 10mm
Outer Diameter 98mm
Inner Diameter 1.969inch aka 50.0126mm
Bolt Circle diameter 3.203 inch (81.3561999999mm) 4 holes (10.31mm hole diameter) equally spaced
