Brandon gave his room mate 2-3 months notice about him having to move out, and even paid a full month that he didn't live there so that his room mate could find someone else. His room mate gave no indication that he was planning on moving out too and now they are both being charged for breaking the lease. All the moron had to do was find another room mate or find someone who wanted to take over the lease.

So instead of paying a few hundred/month to to rent the apartment while he found someone to take it over, he now owes thousands.
