I don't think he told the police, by Administration he probably means Chad Bruner, the contact in the original letter.

Although I could see people being upset, you also have to understand that his name was directly linked to the meet, although I personally don't agree with how he carried out the so called termination of the meet, But I do think if they are no longer going to be attending the meet and moderating it, they have to let the people who own the property know in case something does happen Gabe can not be held liable if his name is no longer used a contact to the meet. You gotta remember this is America, you can be sued for anything.

Although I personally wouldn't have handled this particular situation in this type of fashion, But I know for 100% I would let the owners of the lot know that I will no longer be attending nor moderating to be 100% sure that I will not be held liable in the future for anything that can happen.

Telling them that he's no longer using the location is fine. Telling them they shouldn't let anyone else use the property in a similar way is just completely selfish.
