interesting, I pass this place everyday on my way to and from work and have wondered what it was.
also, i can back up the statement about the cops, they will definitely stop by wether everything is under control or not, but they cant do anything if everyone is cool. be carful arriving & leaving also, they have many spots along Virginia drive to hide.
