is there anywhere 2 go in ne philly or surounding areas without getting kicked out by the cops? i've been going to the shopping center on the roosevelt blvd just south of grant (marshalls store). theres usually alot of cars, but the cops come by 9 and throw everyone out. the cops are cool with us being there, until a few idiots start doing burnouts or racing down the blvd (and its always the slow cars who shouldnt be racing). any help would be appreciated! its me in my 09 nissan gtr and my bro in his dsm powered porsche 911.
