Esurance was awsome for me when my co-worked wrecked mine. I had a check in hand within a week to start repairs. Once the car was apart more damage was found. They cut a check the extra. Ended up fixing my car for $1800(thanks to finding a front clip on eBay) and the insurance gave me $7000.

I ended up leaving them only because my insurance with better coverage was 1/3 less with All State.
