That's where you have the wrong logic, if you know what you're talking about, they'll listen regardless. If you come off as a kid who has as much knowledge as a 16 year old would, then thats where your struggle starts. My manager actually prefers that I explain some of the stuff to customers here because I'm better at giving references and explaining fully to help people understand. Self confidence son. I has a lot of it.
