I also gotta get my carbs in so I have been consuming:
Dunkin Donuts (jelly donuts have about 60g of carbs per donut)
Sausage and Pepperoni pizzas (good source of carb and protein)
Snickers candy bar
Ben and Jerry's Ice cream
Peanut butter and Jelly sandwiches
Starbucks Double Chocolatey chip Frappuccinos

Pre workout I eat a burger with a snickers bar and a soda for energy, and Post workout I drink a protein shake along with some left over pizza or chinese food (fried rice has a good amount of carbs)

Here are my progress pics, the last pic was taken today.

I feel like I've put on a considerable amount of muscle this past year and a half and has never looked better in my life. I'm lifting heavy weights in the gym and people have been complimenting me and girls have started noticing me at school. I hope to gain another 30 lbs before summer so I can look good at the beach.

If any of you guys need tips or advice on nutrition or bodybuilding send me a PM.

More power to the kid if he's trying to bulk up.

But with all-do respect, I would not call a diet of mcdonalds and starbucks "very strict"
