Pre workout I eat a burger with a snickers bar and a soda for energy, and Post workout I drink a protein shake along with some left over pizza or chinese food (fried rice has a good amount of carbs)
Here are my progress pics, the last pic was taken today.
I feel like I've put on a considerable amount of muscle this past year and a half and has never looked better in my life. I'm lifting heavy weights in the gym and people have been complimenting me and girls have started noticing me at school. I hope to gain another 30 lbs before summer so I can look good at the beach.

But with all-do respect, I would not call a diet of mcdonalds and starbucks "very strict"
