I blame Oakes for that. He comes to me with the puppy dog eyes and tells me in sign language how dangerous it is to have a car like his in the bad weather. Then asks if my car is justing in the garage. Before i know it i am giving him the car keys nearly crying telling him please be safe i dont want you getting hurt driving that crash prone Fusion. Now i know why so many girls fall for Oakes. He puts on a face that can break your heart. I think this last time i also gave him gas money and a few extra dollars just to make sure he would be ok getting home.
Actually he is doing me a favor. He has the car parked near him so i can use my garage to park the daily driver. With all the snow lately parking in my neighborhood is a mess. Having use of the garage to park in stead of storage gives me a chance to get out and not worry about parking when i get home.
