I remember seeing info on the MSRP of the 2011 Mustang GT and it wasn't much higher than a simillarly equipped 2010 model.
I can imagine the 2010 models will be really cheap and have lots of rebates and incentives this fall. The V6 will be a little above 300 HP and have a 6 speed transmission and the GT will also come standard with a 6 speed transmission.
No the V6 won't be as fast as the 2005-2010 GT, but it won't be slow either. It should have similar acceleration as a V6 Genesis since it has similar power and gearing.
