Thanks all .. The current motor is a slightly worked LS1, in wait for a LS6 that I'm picking up and working to a 427. So far it's had the computer has been re-programmed, cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust system (working on potentially side exhaust), short throw shift kit, upgraded rear, racing suspension, & lowering. I haven't put a ton of work into this motor as I intend to replace it. I've done just enough to beef it up a bit. As for the wheel gap I plan to address that once I have new wheels on the car, It will also be lowered again. I'm going with a black set, most likely a set of black C5 Z06 wheels. As for the front lip it is attached to the bumper because it is actually part of the bumper. most of the cars body panels were hand built and replaced. That is a new front bumper which has the lip incorporated into it. The wide mouth openeing you see in the front is an air channel that deposits air out of the vents in the hood. Having the panels made to spec. and then fit to the car took approx. 2 months. Under the hood and through through the wheel wells the air channels are functional to help reduce lift. There is also an air diffuser at the rear of the car. I also intend to lower the rear spoiler a little bit, driving on a wet highway a few days ago I was able to see how the air flows around it and I think it would be a bit more efficient lower, it's fully adjustable so that isn't a problem. I'm also thinking about doing the interior (dash panels and such) in CF. I'm still on the ropes with that one.
