It said it will provide 'incentives', does it say anywhere it will cap or limit things, or create a worse scenario for anyone? Edit: I see... going from unlimited data to up to 5gb data, then additional fees for more than that.
Also, this applies to such a small percentage I doubt anyone here should be worried that it will affect them.
