But I know what you are saying. I am just saying 10K is pretty dim (for HID) and he isn't driving a truck/SUV so he won't be blinding anyone. And hi/low kits use halogen for the highs.

10K is not for me...But to each their own, right?
sure wish i would of looked more into this befor i got the 10k cause my head lights suck. I was looking for brighter/better lights
