Alright so coming home from Bloomsburg today i make the hour and half trip no flaws....However I pull into my development and get pulled over in my driveway for doing 39 in a 25...

Thing is the turn i made into my developmetn and where he said he clocked me aka stop watched me at was literally like 25yds max and my Civic Hatch in 1st gear cannot go 40mph? It would be windiing out hardcore prolly tached out idk even know....

So i pleaded my case how ive lived here for 20 years i know where all of you sit in my development im not an idiot my car cant go that fast in 1st gear turning into my development its not possible...

Then he got on me about emissions, My car is registered where i live in the poconos and i was coming home to my parents house for the weekend, saying i needed emissions and i was like NO carbon county does not need emissions he was like its not exempt on your registration card? So i was like idk i know i dont need it, then he got on me about my insurance card saying it was expired then i was like no read write here vaild until April 2010...

Then he was like oh your that kid who got parts stolen off that white car, i wrote the report for that ...GEE THANKS

So im definitly fighting this

3 points on my licesense and 150 dollar fine is some bull for something i did not do...

I asked to see the print out of my speed and he refused to show me?
