try the obvious... glass cleaner... first, then you can try a NEW razor blade, lacquer thinner, fine steel wool, or any combo of them. make sure the steel wool is the really fine kind. those are all ways we remove paint overspray from windows, so it'll definitely take car of whatever you've got on your glass. the steel wool works the best, basically makes glass like new.
