I have been trying to think of what will be " in " next, After the rusted fad is gone. I can only think of extreme body dents. Why would anyone paint their cars anymore when there are now so many people loving the rusted look, LOL. All you need to do now is sand your car to metal (almost free), And let it rust. You then sell it for alot of money all rusted, Because it's cool.
So I guess in a way, Who ever actually thought of this, Was either too broke to afford paint/body panels, Or they were trying to start a new fad in hopes of it working out, Where they can then turn around and sell all their rusted panel cars for alot more and know that it cost them nothing, And they are making a killing on the new ''rust-job".
