Sup all, Big Jim thanks for the offer to help on the mudding but there's a local guy with 10 years of experience coming over who claims he can fix everything. We'll see what his exciting free estimate entails. I'm pretty sure my main sewer line is clogged. I'm going to buy an auger and try to auger the washer vent tonight and see if that fixes it. If not then I definitely got a prob. But I figured out that the leaf buckets for my mower can hold the water from a load so at least I have an option ;) On BF I'm probably getting a sawzall and a respirator from sears and cutting my shower in half. We'll see how that goes ;) We already picked out all our vanities, toilets, showers and baths. She wants vinyl tile in the bathroom floor and I'm still deciding whether or not that's ok or if I should use real ceramic tile. Either is better than the crumbling small tiles that are there. Dan I don't know if you got my texts or not but is your dad a general contractor or a drywall man or what? I kinda need someone right now who is a lawn drainage expert. I did a DIY drainage setup this summer and it was only moderately helpful yet took a full week of labor and $500 in materials to install so I'm grumpy about that.
