I did a bit stiffer springs that had little drop and bigger sway bars along with Ohlin struts on my 06 STI and have been very happy with the ride. The springs and sways reduced the roll and made the car ride more stable overall. The struts kept the ride comfortable for daily driving. Coilovers may be a bit too much for a DD.

Thanks, what I think I will end up doing is getting the Eibach suspension kit, it lowers it a bit but makes everything a lot stiffer and a lot cheaper
