I dont really see what the problem is... your not at a point where your cars going to have traction problems all the time on dry roads. Does it really matter for wet or gravel? Seriously... I'll spin till 8k in the vr4 and i have Awd and 8.5 inch wide tires on all four.
If your dom3 needs a rebuild (like I remember)... then pick up a FP green or any other turbo and do your fuel system.
