Coilover woes

I was doing the rear coilovers on my car last night with my buddy since i found i needed a new fork for the front anyway(fml).

So i go to pull away and i noticed a chatter,so we took it for a ride and he heard it too.

So only on the right side, the strut where the dampening is located on my coilovers(buddy club n+) i dont know if its having too much travel or what but it will lift off from the metal plate below it and slam back down on it whenever i hit a bump,i can also make this same thing happened by just pushing down on the hatch and letting it go. the other side does not do this at all and all the nuts and bolts are tightened to the same specs on both sides.

I know that sounds so any questions asked because im stumped
