Going after meals is actually healthy. It means that your system is healthy and processing everything in a timely manner. Have you changed your diet or made any drasctic changes like not working out to working out a whole lot? Those are some things to think about. But seeing a doctor wont hurt. At least they can eliminte the possibilty of Crohn's.
