does she want the nose fixed purely for cosmetic reasons, or does she have a deviated septum? If so, then I would support that. I have a deviated septum and it really impacts your breathing ability and your life (makes hooking up/kissing very difficult, haha!). I would get mine fixed, but I'm too much of a chicken-$#*!
Just the thought of scalpels cutting open my skin is enough to make me faint. :D
