Everyone should read psychics of the impossible by him great book and really makes you think. Stephen Hawking's also helped lay alot of ground work for quantum mechanics and his study on black holes (even though he was wrong in some instances) made other people look up and take notice. I also like entropy equations.

Yeah, Physics of the impossible is one of his best. I like Hyperspace, too, explaining theoretical slip streams, etc.
