I wouldn't go for it. I would email him back with "which one of my items for sale are you interested in cause I have many" It looks like a universal cut/pasted paragraph to send out to people with "items" for sale. Also ask him why he can't do paypal or a money order. I've gotten email responses like yours and usually don't get a returned response once I start asking Qs. Like the above..
