If you aren't interested in bringing her, especially if you aren't lookin for something super serious, don't change your mind and tell her you want her to come. Sure she'll be upset and probably be pissed and try to fight about it but there's no point getting her hopes up now if you're already talking about breaking up with her when she goes to school or having something get messed up one way or another.
You want a trip to yourself. So what? She'll live
