No worries... I usually don't bitch or complain about things. Matter of fact I usually don't even post anything unless good things are done to my car. This is the first time I ever had to post a negative comment. Yes I talk to the owner of Jtune on the phone. I told him alll my issues. All he was worried about is collecting his Dyno money. I even sent the owner a noterized letter explaining my issues. The only notice I got is my check being cleared from the bank! So yes in a professional manner I have done what was necessary.. I don't like bashing anyone, I hate the drama, but I will not stand aside and let others get #@%^#^ like I did!

All i was saying is that slamming someone online isn't the best way to resolve an issue, most mature people know that. Have you tried peacefully resolving it with the owner of the company? I remember when they first introduced on here, seem to be a stand-up company with a good rep. I just hate when people fly off the handle and post stuff like this over a simple miscommunication or disagreement. |
