So your basing this loan on a hope that you can refi the car (your already having trouble getting the new loan so refi wtih another loan won't happen), or selling the SRT-4. Do you owe less on the loan then you can sell it for(if not you better have some money to pay off the diffrence), and side work.
You should talk to a financial planner. This has FAIL all over it. You should keep the SRT-4 and try and sell it. Once it is sold then buy the new car. Don't risk it anymore then you have it.
