Saw a black turbo maxima with a tiny little indian kid driving. The car was extremely quite but when he took off it bacame extremely loud! It must haven an electric cut out and from the sound of it a turbo the size of a small child.
Saw him on rt1 heading towards reedmans. His car sounded light a fighter jet taking off!!!
