This is incredibly unrealistic. With current technology the nearest planet is light years away and near-light speed travel is impossible unless you deploy extraordinary prupolsionary means which are not going to be affordable enough any time soon. At least not cheap enough or in working order to warrant building a fleet of ships to send out to colonize planets.
