My guess is
IF this happen she prob. turned him down (because after all its NOT all about money, good looks, etc and there’s some people who still have morals) If this happened most likely he flipped, his big ego took a hit like "your turning down ME?" and forced himself on her (IF this happen)
Also the civil suit as apposed to a criminal suit could have not been her idea or could have been sold to her as the best way to go about it “you wont send a star to jail so you my as well sue the hell out of him to get SOMETHING for his actions and keep things quit) because now a days athletes can get away with rape because the media, and like shown in here the public is on their side.
